Are you hiring the best people? – Limiting unconscious bias by structuring employee selection

Workshop.

Unconscious biases such as stereotyping or preferring people who are similar to us can lead us to make faulty hiring decisions. This workshop focuses on why and how you can find and hire the most fitting (rather than the “best”) person for your team and thereby increase success in the long run. We will discuss how you can design a personnel selection process that really works (e.g., via well-designed job advertisements and interview questions that test what you want to find out). By the end of the workshop you will have a toolbox and a structure you can rely on in for future hiring decisions.
